The Villages at the Oaks and Palms Phase II

The addition of 36 units of assisted living adds to the existing 64 to make a 100-bed facility. The addition brings large 1 and new 2-bedroom assisted living units. 20 new independent living units are also being added to the existing 188 apartments to bring the total to 208 apartments.

The new units include additional amenities, a new dining facility and covered parking as well as storage lockers.
